20 years ago Ilham Saad opened Byblo's Lebanese Deli in Wichita, Kansas, and transformed an 800 ft. space into a very cozy and unique deli and grocery. The 5 tables were so close to one another that strangers became friends and most of them still eat and socialize there today. It was through that close community that Inspiration Foods was born.

For years customers asked to buy Ilham's delicious dressings. Now, not only can her longtime customers take their favorite flavors home with them, but Inspiration dressings are now available for national and international distribution.
